Writing pulled Amy into the land of health and yoga and she never looked back. After working for years in writing and marketing agencies, it was a Hip Hop Yoga class at Yoga 213 that changed everything. A year later she completed her teacher training and has taught at Yoga 213 ever since. Her background in writing lets her share this love of health and yoga with the yoga community on Melbourne Loves Yoga, which she owns with a fellow Melbourne Yogi. While she thinks her heart belongs on the beaches of Byron Bay, the northside of Melbourne is and always has been her home.
In celebration of Spring, Yoga 213 have turned their studio into jungle paradise and all for a good cause! At the end of the week, the plants will be sold with proceeds going to Beyond Blue.September 8, 2016
