Magda is practising as a naturopath and herbalist, and believes in the importance of ‘food as medicine’. She feels that dietary changes are just as important as any prescription given by a medical practitioner. She once worked as a live in nanny for four young children abroad where she witnessed dramatic behavioural changes from simple dietary alterations which prompted her passion for preventative health, especially in children with behavioural and learning disorders. Being realistic with her treatment outcomes is imperative, as is the importance of balance and being able to enjoy one's life.
